An extended and successful track record in the Accounts Receivable and collection world I learned about business, building teams and getting results in the financial aspect of business.  Owned commercial Real Estate for 15 years in the RV Park Industry - operated and sold for twice the purchase price.  Learned about 1031 exchange process and tax benefits of that tactic.  I have always enjoyed real estate and starting the next chapter in my life, becoming a resource for people in the buying and selling of residential/commercial real estate.
